Conference information

Date and venue

The conference will take place from Monday April 4 to Wednesday April 6 at Artevelde University College Ghent in Ghent, Belgium. The conference venue is campus Kantienberg. Campus Kantienberg is at walking distance from both the city center, the train station and many public transport stops. Find more information on Getting here.

Conference fee

  • Delegate
      • Early bird: €250 
      • From February 26 onwards: €300
  • Student delegate
      • €150 (limited student delegate spaces available)

All delegates can enjoy the facilities of the conference during the three days. The have access to all the key notes, the sessions, the posters and the materials online. During the conference the lunches are included, there is non-stop coffee and water and special breaks with sweets. Delegates also enjoy a special discount at the accomodation suggested by Artevelde University College Ghent and a reception offered by city hall.  The conference dinner is not included in the conference fee.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner is planned on Tuesday April 5th in restaurant 'Oude Vismijn' in the center of Ghent. The dinner will be around €55.
