Sunday April 3th, 18.00: welcome drink

If you arrive in Ghent on Sunday, you are welcome to join an informal gathering in Café Vooruit. Vooruit is a vibrant arts center and meeting place for a very diverse public. Contributing to this is the popular Café, well known and loved in Ghent. We will be there from 18.00 and onwards.

You can order a daily special, spaghetti, various sandwiches... and Belgian beer.

Monday April 4th, 18.00: Reception

The reception will be held in the gorgeous Pacificatiezaal of the city hall of Ghent.

Tuesday April 5th, 19.00: Conference dinner (FULL)

The conference dinner is planned on Tuesday April 5th in restaurant Oude Vismijn in the historic center of Ghent. The three-course dinner will be served from 19h30 onwards.
