Places are limited. The training can host up 30 people from foreign countries with a maximum of one person per institution. To guarantee a realisation of the Staff Training Week, a minimum number of 10 participants in total is required.
The language of communication is English. Participants are expected to actively contribute in the different sessions. Each participant will be asked to present a poster about their institutional approaches to inclusive mobility. For this a preparatory abstract (maximum 2000 characters, including spaces) about the topic of the poster will be asked in the application form.
Interested participants are requested to complete the online application. Since the number of participants is limited Artevelde University of Applied Sciences and the Support Centre Inclusive Higher Education will be in charge of the selection process, which will be based on the applicants’ letters of motivation, abstract and their occupational background.
The final application deadline is 7 February2022. We will send you an email by 11 February 2022 to let you know whether your application has been accepted. Please do not book your flights and accommodation before receiving the confirmation. Read more about practical info on this webpage.
The fee for the staff training week 'Inclusive Mobility ' is 95 euro, which covers welcome dinner, lunches, coffee breaks and cultural activities. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and living expenses through the Erasmus+ staff mobility programme or otherwise. We advise you to contact your home institution’s institutional Erasmus coordinator and ask if Erasmus funding is available for staff training.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
