Content & format 

For the functioning of the Office of Quality Management of Artevelde University of Applied Sciences, the Integral Quality Assurance Forum of Artevelde UAS is very important. Apart from the head of the Office of Quality Management and the Quality Management staff, this is made up of the Quality Management Officers. They represent the departments in the Forum. In the departments, they are the contact persons for quality assurance and, together with the department management team, they are responsible for the development of quality assurance. In this interactive session, the participants on the campus(es) engage in a conversation with some Officers for Integral Quality Assurance on what this function entails. 

Learning outcomes 

The participant is familiar with the assignment and the functioning of the Integral Quality Assurance Forum of Artevelde University of Applied Sciences.
