VENUE INFORMATION

The staff exchange week is held at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences, Campus Hoogpoort, Ghent (Belgium) from May, 9, 2023 until May 12, 2023 . The campus is located in the city centre and can easily be reached from the train station and many public transport stops. Find more information on Getting here. The first day we will also visit another nearby campus: Campus Goudstraat. 

HOTELS

We happily recommend Historic Hotels Ghent if you are looking for charming accommodations in the historic centre of Ghent. The three hotels are privately owned small hotels of great quality. Each hotel is housed in one or more of Ghent's historic buildings, some dating back as far as 1518.

All four hotels are located right in the spectacular centre of Ghent within walking distance from the international week location. Just a few minutes' walk from the hotels brings you to the Gravensteen castle, the Graslei harbour, St.Michael's Bridge and Church, the enormous Vrijdagmarkt square, City Hall and more. If you wish to stay at one of these hotels, please find in this file all the necessary booking information and prices. If not, you can find other options via Booking.com or Bed&Breakfast Ghent.
