Quality improvement at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences

Content & format 

Quality improvement is one of the four domains of the quality assurance system of Artevelde University of Applied Sciences. This refers to the ongoing improvement of quality by continuously running through the cycle of planning, measuring, analysing and improving. In this session, we discuss both the de top-down movement and the bottom-up movement of our quality actions. To conclude, we focus on Akwaris, the online tool of Artevelde University of Applied Sciences to register the quality actions from both movements. 

Learning outcomes 

The participant understands the domain 'quality improvement' of the integral quality assurance system of Artevelde University of Applied Sciences. Therefore, the participant views the quality assurance system of the own organisation from a different perspective.
