What kind of organisational culture do we need to facilitate quality improvement?

by Dries Berings

Content & format

As a company or organisation, it is important to reflect on your own organisational culture on a regular basis. This may facilitate quality improvement. To this aim, Dries Berings developed the instrument ‘Cultuurspiegels’. ‘Cultuurspiegels’ consists of a conceptual framework, measuring instruments and methodologies that can be used to consciously ponder the organisational culture. This is an interactive workshop. That means that the participants actively reflect on the organisational culture of their own organisation.

Learning outcomes

The participant contemplates the organisational culture of his or her own organisation. That way, he or she is able to facilitate quality improvement in the organisation.
